As these are customized digital services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work has started.

If the project has already commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the progress of the work.

Once the service has been completed and delivered, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered only in the following situations:

  • Payment was made twice due to a technical error.

  • We are unable to provide the agreed service.

  • A refund has been mutually agreed upon in writing.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Project Delays

If project delivery is delayed because the client has not provided the required information, approvals, images, or product details, the delivery timeline may be extended accordingly.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Third-Party Platforms

Seller Verse Pro provides independent professional services. We cannot guarantee:

  • Marketplace approvals

  • Product listing approvals

  • Brand Registry approvals

  • Search rankings

  • Sales performance

  • Buy Box eligibility

  • Advertising results

Any actions taken by third-party marketplaces are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.
