2. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical or billing error.

  • The requested service cannot be delivered by Seller Verse Pro.

  • A refund has been mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The service has already been completed or delivered.

  • Work has already started based on the client’s approval.

  • The client changes their mind after work has commenced.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

  • Marketplace decisions, including account suspension, listing rejection, policy enforcement, Brand Registry decisions, advertising performance, or search ranking changes made by Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, or any other third-party platform.

4. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, the payment may be refunded after deducting any applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.

5. Project Delays

If a project is delayed because the client does not provide the required information, approvals, product details, images, or other necessary materials, the delivery timeline may be extended. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Seller Verse Pro provides independent professional services and does not control the policies or decisions of third-party marketplaces.

We do not guarantee:

  • Marketplace approvals

  • Product listing approvals

  • Brand approvals

  • Search rankings

  • Sales performance

  • Buy Box eligibility

  • Advertising results

These outcomes are determined solely by the respective marketplace and are not valid grounds for a refund.
